Abstract
감염관리실은 의료기관 내에서 감염예방·관리 업무를 수행함에 있어 중추적인 역할을 맡고 있는 부서이다. 의료기관 내 감염예방·관리의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라, 감염관리실 운영 기준은 지속적으로 확대되어 왔다. 감염관리실을 운영 기준이 확대됨에 따라 질병관리청은 새롭게 감염관리실을 운영하는 의료기관에서 감염관리실의 역할 및 업무 수행방법에 대해 참조할 수 있도록 관련 전문가와 협력을 통해 「감염관리실 업무 지침서」를 개발하여 이를 소개하고자 한다.
